We are finishing up an exciting weekend at the beach house in Panama City. Steve (Zach's dad) got married to Linda this weekend (we love her!). Evie slept with Zach and me in the bed this weekend and it wasn't good. She woke up a couple of times Friday night and then last about 15 times! I don't think Craig and Wendy (the newlyweds who slept in the bed next to us) got much sleep either! Zach got up around 5:30 to walk with her and quiet her down...he wound up taking her on a golf cart ride and to the beach to watch the sunrise! Then they got coffee at Thomas' which is the local doughnut hut at the end of our street! What a wonderful daddy!!!
Today she took some good naps and hung out on the beach for a few hours. She is really interested in whatever we are eating. She tried Yobaby for the first time and LOVESSSSS it!!! She also tried chicken noodle (not a huge fan) and french fries (the inside muchy part atleast). We gave her some smashed potatoes tonight at Pineapple Willie's and she started choking on a piece, so I had to do the ole finger sweep to save her life-that was a very short lived moment and she was cut off from the potatoes!
She is sitting up so well now! She still loves standing, but is getting very good at controlling herself and balancing when she sits up...still bobbly, but getting the hang of it!!

Just remembering our life before our baby girl...this was only a year ago---last Easter when she was still in my belly...
