We spent Easter in Gainesville again this year...we went to see the Easter Bunny on Saturday at the mall. This year's bunny was much skinnier than last year's!! And the good news is no one FREAKED out--not even one tear! Evie wore a cute purple buny smocked dress that was MINE when I was 3--mom made it for me! It looked brand new and she was adorable in it!!

After church, we headed to the Fagler's house for Easter potluck lunch! It was YUMMY! We had lamb, squash casserole, deviled eggs, asparagus, and lots of yummy deserts. Aunt Danielle got caught teaching Evie how to do the Gator chomp!!! :)
We tried to get a family picture...good luck with that, right?! Of course there wasn't one that EVERYONE was smiling in...atleast we were all looking at the camera in this one! Notice Evie sitting ON Beckett in the picture below. I told her to sit with him...guess I should have been more specific in my instructions!
We are continuing our potty training saga...seriously, this is getting old, already! Is it possible for her to be the first kid to go to college in diapers?! During her attempted nap on Sunday, she took her diaper off and peed on the floor! Then she wanted to sit on the potty and get her booty wet!? WHAT?! And she rounded her activities out with a naked airplane ride from Daddy...
We are on our way to Evie's first gymnastics class this morning and will post some pictures...also, I bought a full size crib for Beckett last night and sold his mini crib...he is getting so big!

It's nice to see we aren't the only ones who've encountered potty training sidetracks and barricades!
You have no idea how often I have shampooed Aubrey's carpet and washed her sheets,....every day in a row for like a month, prior to being "finished" with the process. I'm sure you'll eventually have the "smear poo" incident, too. (Although, I honestly don't wish it on you). We tried the mini-portable potty for Aubrey's room at night...that was disastrous! Luckily after Kent was born it only took her about a month to catch on. It will happen...consistency, no pull-ups! It worked for us when I finally refused to buy any more pull ups and made her wear undies at all times!
