Christmas morning...happy as usual!
Evie wasn't happy that her little pet shop toys weren't lining up exactly as she wanted. We think she looks like Cindy-Loo-Whoo from The Grinch in this picture! hehe She's even cute when she's upset!...more to come when I get another second! Blogging takes time, ya know! We did have a wonderful Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve with Mia and Papi in Orlando. Got pictures with Santa at the Mall at Millenia...waited in line for 2 hours!!!! YES!! 2 hours!!! But he was the BEST Santa and the decor was beautiful! We also went to the UCF campus and watched the lights along with the music at the outdoor ice skating rink. Zach joined us Chistmas Eve and we ate breakfast casserole (YUM! a Christmas tradition at our home!) and opened gifts...Santa (AKA-Papi) even stopped by with his bag full of goodies! Lots of fun, but the kids were pooped.
We spent Christmas morning opening gifts with the Sutton/Merson/Motis kids...Evie and Beckett got way too many toys, but had fun opening and playing with them all. We had Christmas dinner that was sooooo yummy. Lala and Paw Paw's friend, Mary even cooked a goose! YUM! Papa Sutton and Gigi came in later that night and we got to visit for a little bit. Lots of playing, eating and talking took place and we had a blast being away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, tucked away in Babson Park.
We went to see Nana on Friday and also got to spend a little time with Jason, Rhonda, Lexie, Gage, Morgan and Penny. Evie mostly played on the slide in Nana's backyard! She loves it there!
Sunday, we loaded up our new toys and were seriously jammed into Mia's 4-runner. The 2 1/2 hour trip back to Gainesville turned into almost 4 hours due to Turnpike/I-75 traffic jams. But, the kids held up, even without the DVD player. It was soooo nice to get back home and take down all of the Christmas stuff... I am still trying to get the kids clothes unpacked and get all of the new toys tucked into their new homes! This is exhausting. next year, we everyone gets to come see US for Christmas :) wink, wink

hey we finally got everyone to come see us this year for the first time. It was great although we had to do all the cooking and cleaning but that's ok. How are you feeling? DO you still sell MK?Great pics the kids look like they had loads of fun!
Sounds like so much fun! I have missed seeing you over the holidays. Glad to hear there were no more trips to the ER. :) 2009 is going to be a much healthier year, I just know it! Love you!!
I love the new picture!!!!! I can't believe how big Evie is...she is sooooo cute, but I'm sure you already know that.
I love Evie's PJs they are too cute! Beckett does look like a chuncky face in that picture! Wish we could have been there!
