It was really cold in Gainesville tonight...brrrrr...so we fired up Zach's new birthday present--a great fire pit and toasted up some smores. We got out our hats and scarves and blankets and had fun in the backyard.
Evie word Beckett's sweater since he had already gone to bed---it is a 6-9 month sweater, but fit her, go firgure with sizes these days!
It was a bit smokey on this side of the fire. Daddy showed (and helped) Evie toast her first marshmellow!
Taking a bite of her first smore....acutally, she didn't even take a real bite. She licked it and then just ate the crackers and marshmellows by themselves! She is wearing my scarf---so cute!
My little drama queen! She came outside and started singing "twinkle, twinkle little star" and dancing around in a circle. She loves to sing "like a diamond in the sky" over and over! She also practiced saying BIG words like, onomatopoeia--which she said quite well. She'll be enrolling at Harvard next week! (she acutally said "onopoopoopia!")
