What a weekend!
Lala was going through a box of Zach's in the basement and we found this baby picture of Zach!!!! I never realized how much Beckett looks like his daddy! I think he has Zach's lips for sure...but he still looks like a Burgess boy.
Here we are at Sea World. I have no idea what character this is, but Evie loved him! She certainly has no fear of big furry animals! Beckett liked him too!
Oh yeah, my hair is short! I got it chopped off last week. This is the shortest its ever been, but I LOVE it and its so easy to fix and Beckett can't pull it as much!
Of course, little miss independent had to push her own stroller...she got a Nemo tatoo with sparkles and thought she was so grown up!
Beckett was a little freaked out by Shamu...
Evie can say "Shamu" perfectly and was practicing the night before! She kept saying, "see shamu" at every exhibit we went to...the sting rays, turtles, and penguins...although she called all of the penguins Happy Feet (but she says "hafffy feet!") She even called all of the dolphins Shamu! I guess Shamu is really a big dolphin anyway!
Doesn't she look so big?!?! Counting down to birthday #2, less than 2 months to go! boo-hoo
We ate lunch with the Sharks...GREAT IDEA, MIA! The AC felt great-boy, was it hot! We had french-fries...THANKS, LALA! It was so cool inside the restaurant to see all of the sharks swimming by as we ate!
Beckett and Papi just before bedtime. Look at those baby blues!
WHEW! That took some time to post! I have been home for 2 days without the kids. Its strangely quiet around here! Zach and I leave tonight for Orlando and are excited about seeing some friends (Katie, Nick and Gavin) and Uncle Tony and Aunt Penny for the UCF/USF tailgate tomorrow.
I had an esophogram/upper GI procedure done this morning to evaluate my reflux, etc. Will keep you posted on that. I had to see my doctor again yesterday --I have an ear infection! I thought only my kids would get those, its been years since my bad ears have seen an ear infection. I am still having some trouble sleeping at night due to my pounding pulse in my neck, think its really my thyroid. I am really feeling so much better, though. God is so faithful and is seeing us though each step of this trial. Praise God for a husband and family who serve him.
More to come...
