GO KNIGHTS!!!
Evie enjoyed her third official UCF tailgate---it was HOT, but she looked adorable in her cheerleading outfit. We bought this Nike suit last year before she was born and Mia had it embroidered. She was the talk of the tailgate. But, then it got hot before the game, so we headed to the new Barnes and Noble bookstore on campus just outside the stadium, where the rest of the tailgaters were (it was warm in there too) to cool off for a bit before the big TEXAS game.
Papi had to buy her a cute UCF pink onsie for the game because it was just too hot for the cheerleader. She actually fell asleep during the second quarter! Woke up at half-time and was PERFECT for the rest of the game! Not a whine out of her! What a little trooper!
Mia took her under cover during the third quarter rain out. But, Zach, Papi and I toughed it out in our ponchos--Zach says the rain woke the fans up. UCF took the lead again early in the 4th quarter-see the scoreboard!?!? It was a blast, but we still lost. The Knights played till the end---32-35. Not bad for an unranked team against #6 Texas!
Even after a long day in the sun, this UCF fan was still going strong! Notice her saggy drawers! I think the rain and sweat stretched it out!! She got her own football and wasn't letting that go!

WHAT A AMAZING GAME...GO UCF!! EVIE WAS AMAZING TOO!!! SHE ENJOYED IT ALL, THE TAILGATING, SHOPPING, THE NOISE, AND THE RAIN!!! SHE NEVER COMPLAINED EVEN ONCE...WE WERE KIDDING ABOUT HER BEING THE ENERGIZER BUNNY..SHE JUST KEPT ON GOING AND GOING. SHE HAD ALL OF THE FANS TALKING ABOUT HOW CUTE SHE WAS IN HER CHEERLEADER OUTFIT WITH HER UCF CHEER-BEAR! TOO BAD WE DIDN'T GET A PICTURE OF HER STREETCHED OUT IN KRISTY'S LAP SOUND ASLEEP IN THE INCREDIBLE HEAT AND NOISE! WHAT A FAN!!!
