Evie is an ever-changing child! I cannot believe all of the new things she is doing. She has gotten a great grasp on the sucking of the hands and finds them even more interesting than her bink-bink (pacifier) now at times. Her eyebrows are starting to take shape and even have a little more color in them---you can actually see them now!

Just last week she started finding her real voice and can talk up a storm when she wants to. Her happiest time is on the changing table and she just yells and jabbers away. My new favorite time with her is first thing in the morning after I feed her and we just lay in bed together and she smiles away! She is great with eye contact and I love gazing into her big blue eyes. By the way, I think that her eyes just might stay blue. They are gorgeous!!!!
Zach spent his first FULL day with her alone on Friday while I started back to work. He is such a SUPER dad and I have complete confidence in him and his daddy skills! Evie loves to hang out with him, especially when he has her in the football hold!
I started back to work on Monday, the 8th in the ER at AGH. I cried that morning when I had to leave her, but she was in good hands with her Mia! (Grammy needs to come up and babysit too!!!) Mia brought her up to the hospital Monday and Tuesday so I could feed her and get my kisses in!!!!!
The dress Evie wore to church last week was the one I wore home from the hospital more that 25 years ago!!! She looked adorable and it fit!

We are still working on the "sleeping through the night" thing. She just falls asleep so early the past few nights and I have to wake her up to feed her around 10ish. She will sleep for 6 hours at a time, just not the right times!!!

This is our favorite bow that Evie wears. After getting home the other day, this is how we found her sitting in her carseat!!!
