Evie enjoyed her first Thanksgiving at Mia and Poppy's house in Orlando. She was the cutest little turkey ever and soaked up all of the love from her uncles, aunts and cousins.

She went to her second UCF football game and slept the WHOLE game -again...Poppy held her in the baby born. She was awesome. Poppy bought her a UCF Knights football jersey to wear next year. Her first UCF game was November 4th-UCF Homecoming and she slept that game too and also went to the parade at Church Street. What a trooper!!

During the weekend, we took her to see "Deck the Halls" with the whole family---even Grandpa John and Grammy met up with us. She slept in her Grammy's arms the entire movie. That night, I decided to let Zach get up with her and feed her a bottle that I had pumped so I could enjoy more than 4 hours of straight sleep for the first time in weeks. However, I woke up when she did around 2:30 and daddy got up--- I stayed in bed and Zach took great care of her! He is such a fantastic daddy! Then she woke up around 5;30 and she was HUNGRY! Zach tried to heat the water to warm up the milk, since you can't microwave breastmilk, however, Evie Kate was not having that! She needed to eat and was crying---surely waking up the rest of the house. So, daddy handed her over and she was very thankful! We may try that again another time!

The day after Thanksgiving, Evie Kate went on her first Black Friday shopping trip! She slept most of the day and we took timeouts for feedings. She went to Target, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, Kohl's (where we ran into her Auntie Katie), ate lunch at California Pizza Kitchen and finally ended up at the Mall at Millenia--WHEW! She spent the evening getting a bath and sleeping---which meant she didn't really sleep well that night! Mia bought Evie Kate a new hat to keep her warm on the trip--what a sweet bunny!!

WE are enjoying every moment with her and still can't believe she belong to us---thank God for lending her our way!
